What you should know: packaging carefully done, fast delivery, easy returns

  • We bring particular care to the packaging and presentation of your order, so that each purchase at Arthus & Co. looks like a gift! Every order from 80€ (except for items on sale) will be set in a beautiful cotton bag with our logo, closing with a satin bow.
  • We’ll always do our best to post your parcel as soon as possible, most of the time on the day of your order or the following day, depending on the time of the order. Your parcel will be sent via Colissimo suivi, usually ensuring a 48-hour period of delivery in France, or by Chronopost if you chose this method of transportation, ensuring a delivery on the next day before 1pm., if your order was placed before 1pm.
  • We’ll accept and deal with returns as soon as we can, as long as clothes and/or accessories haven’t been worn/used or washed, and if they’re returned in their original packaging, because our priority is to put your satisfaction first.

 

That being said… Like any other shop, we have to submit Terms and Conditions with a legal validity. We suggest you read them carefully.

 

Your parcel’s transportation

Parcels are prepared on the day of the order when placed before 1pm. or on the following working day and are usually delivered in 48 to 72h after payment receipt. However, we could not be held responsible of any delay caused by exterior facts (strikes etc…)

The standard shipment method is the Colissimo suivi. We also offer a Chronopost delivery. Via Chronopost, in France, a delivery on the following day before 1pm. is guaranteed (for orders placed before 1pm.) For other countries, please refer to the information below.

As soon as we can, we will give you a link allowing you to track your parcel online.

Shipment fees mentioned below include a particularly well done packaging and postage fees. We cannot put together two distinct orders; you will have to pay the shipment fees for each separate order.

Parcels are oversized and well protected.

Delivery (Article 6 of our Terms and Conditions)

Goods will be delivered to the address mentioned by the Buyer in the form filled at the time of the Order.

The Seller is committed to deliver the Goods of the Order in an average period of time as indicated on the Delivery and Returns page, depending on the destination and in a maximum time of 8 working days, all destinations taken together, from the day following Order confirmation, except in case of force majeure or any event we can’t control (for instance, strikes of our postal services). Orders placed on the Website on Friday afternoons, Saturdays or Sundays are dealt with on the next Monday. Orders placed on the Website on bank holidays other than Friday afternoons, Saturdays or Sundays are taken care of on the next working day.

In case of a delivery delay after the goods’ shipment, the Buyer can cancel the Order and ask for the refund of the Goods’ price. Return fees will be at the Buyer’s charge. The Seller couldn’t be held responsible in case of exceptional incident or case of force majeure (strikes, serious bad weather freezing transportation etc…)

If Goods are delivered after Order cancellation, refund will take place as soon as the Goods’ seller gets them back in their original condition.

In case of overrunning the before-mentioned period of time by the Seller concerning  Goods’ shipment, an email will be sent to the Buyer who will have the opportunity to cancel the Order and, if their bank account was already debited, to be refunded of the price of the Goods’ in a 30-day period.

Goods’ return and Buyer’s refund will take place in the hereafter detailed conditions within article 7 “Cancellation – Withdrawal – Refund”

 

Returns (Article 7 of our Terms and Conditions)

The Buyer has the option of cancelling the Order from its conclusion.

Besides, from the Goods’ receipt, the Buyer has a 7-day period of withdrawal allowing them, without giving any particular ground, to send back the delivered Goods.

If the Buyer uses this withdrawal period in the 7 days following the Goods’ receipt, the Seller commits to refund the Buyer without delay and at the latest in the 30 days following the date when the right was exercised.

Postal fees for returns will be at the charge of the Buyer.

To exercise their rights of Order cancellation and withdrawal, the Buyer must get to the Contact section of the Website and fill in the online form made available for that purpose, addressing their request to the Customer Service.

Also, returns will only be accepted if Goods are restored in their original packaging, unworn, used, or washed.

A confirmation acknowledging receipt of the return request will be sent by email.
